HOKUNEIA is a creative collective formed in 2020, with the goal of fostering growth among like-minded individuals in the creative arts. HOKUNEIA is a carefully-selected community of outstanding talents from all over the United States. HOKUNEIA is my own personal passion project that I curated to form an inclusive and supportive community to grow with in my journey through music and music production.
To showcase our member, we posted a series of member spotlights on our social media platform with each post featuring a member of our community.
Each spotlight consists of an image of the featured member in full color, while the background behind them is greyscaled with a pastel-colored tint. Each image has a numbered order, so that when the images are viewed sequentially and collectively, they are a part of a larger gradient that forms from the whole. (The top 3 images have a pink color, the next 3 are purple, and so on and so forth). This gradient can most effectively seen on our Instagram profile , where all the images are close to each other on the preview grid.
